I'm a cannabis operator who learned to code.

10+ years in cannabis operations. Nearly 1,000 budtenders trained. Dozens of store openings across 11 states. 5 years supporting PE-backed MSOs with launches and delivery programs.

I watched the same problems everywhere: organizations losing tens of thousands on dead inventory, flying blind on purchasing, training that didn't stick.

So I taught myself to code and built TelsDeli—the inventory intelligence and training platform I wish I'd had when I was managing dispensaries and watching good operators miss opportunities because they didn't have the data.

Before cannabis: Founded Alaska Cellular & Satellite (DirecTV Rookie Dealer of the Year, 2010). Helped pass Alaska's adult-use legalization.
